DOES NGAIRE DO GROUP BOOKINGS?

  • Yes, I do group bookings. Any more than 6 people will require me to bring along another makeup artist (which either you can organise or I can bring an assistant or help organise if needed.

  • There are no group bookings more than 2 at a time at my Home Studio (due to space). 3 or more people will require me to travel to client

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES NGAIRE ACCEPT?

ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE ON THE DAY OF APPOINTMENT during the Makeup Service. Either EXACT CASH IN HAND or BANK TRANSFER. All banking details are provided on Clients Invoice.

Yes, there are travel fees. I charge approximately $1 per km from my location to yours, this will be added to your quote when you send an enquiry. Tolls fee may also apply in travel fees if needed.

Yes, I do Home Studio bookings upon request.

WHAT ARE PARKING FEES?

Parking fees only apply where a parking fee is needed like Hotels, Parking lots, CBD, Street meter parking, etc. All parking fees MUST be paid for by Client at the end of the appointment with the Service Fee Payment. I would kindly advise that you organise with your Accomodations Concierge for Free Guest parking which is usually available with NO EXTRA COST before I arrive to the appointment, for an easy arrival and flow for your appointment.

ARE THERE EARLY BIRD FEES?

I usually get asked this question for Bridal party bookings. Yes, there are early bird fees. This applies to anyone for any makeup service.

$100 4:30am - 5:30am

$75   5:30am - 6:30am

$50   6:30am - 8:00am (Only for Home Studio Bookings)

WHAT IS A MAKEUP TRIAL & WHY IS IT NEEDED?

Makeup Trials go for a duration of 1.5 - 2 hours sometimes longer depending on the client. This is to allow the Makeup Artist to get a thorough consultation of the Clients likes, dislikes, skin type, etc. It is the perfect opportunity to trial and error different looks where adjustments can easily be made or simply for a client to see if I am the right makeup artist for their special day.

HOW DO I BEST PREPARE FOR MY MAKEUP APPOINTMENT?

  • Please ensure your face is cleansed & free of makeup.

  • For best results exfoliate T-zone or any oily areas & a face mask the night before.

  • Please wear a singlet or a shirt wear I can colour match to the décolletage for the best foundation match.

  • Please have waxed/Groomed brows

HOW DO I BEST PREPARE FOR MY HAIR APPOINTMENT?

  • Please Wash Hair 1-2 days before your appointment with Shampoo and Conditioner 

  • No Hairspray or Hair Products in Hair including Leave in Conditioners/oils

  • Hair must be dry before appointment (Blow dry & Straightening allowed)

CAN I CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

Yes, you can cancel your appointment at any time. The sooner you let me know the better.
